As a UX/UI professional at Alacua, I've had the privilege of collaborating with an exceptional team on the design and development of a program referral app.

The tool is tailored for businesses, aiming to bolster their lead generation efforts by implementing a reward-based system. By doing so, it not only enhances key performance indicators (KPIs) but also improves Net Promoter Scores, ultimately contributing to the generation of new sales opportunities

Among the challenges faced, one of the most significant was adapting to the pace of a well-established team, especially as this marked my first experience working for a large company. Nonetheless, I managed to seamlessly integrate with the team from the early design stages to the final implementation. Together, we crafted a digital experience that prioritized intuitiveness and efficiency for both users and businesses (B2B and B2B). Every interface element was meticulously designed to maximize participation and adoption of the referral program.

The final outcome aims to achieve effortless navigation, information clarity, and appealing visual design. Every aspect of the app was optimized to ensure an exceptional user experience and effective management of referral programs.
